Branch Service Representative

Cheyenne, WY; Opening this summer. 

Job Summary: Provide a variety of services to branch customers. Become a product expert to understand customer’s needs, provide effective solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities: Serve clients by accurately handling deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and loan payment transactions; Open/Close/Maintain checking, savings, time deposit, IRA, and H.S.A. accounts; Assist customers with questions or issues on their deposit accounts, ATM/Debit cards, or general product or service needs; Promotes and cross sells other bank products and services as appropriate to client needs, including loans, cards, online and mobile banking products, trust and payroll services; Maintains current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank policies and procedures related to the position; Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Prefer experience in one or more areas of branch services - teller, new accounts, client services; Displays knowledge and proficiency in explaining, selling and administering financial products and services; Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail; Solid computer skills; Reliable attendance.
