Primary Duties/Responsibilities: Support customers with account inquiries and
questions via telephone, e-service inquiries, and mail by performing the
following duties: Assist customers by providing account information and
explaining available services such as savings & checking accounts, online
banking, mobile banking, debit cards, wire transfers, security code words, stop
payments, reconcilements, balance transfers and account closing; Support
e-service clients with ACH processing and general online banking inquiries
Assist customers with debit card questions, maintenance & issue new debit cards;
Provide customer service and support to internal and external clients and
resolving customer questions and concerns in a timely manner;
Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Excellent customer service &
communication skills for assisting clients by telephone and online; Solid
knowledge of bank products & services; Computer skills (Word processing,
Windows), understanding of online services, typing, spelling & grammar for
written communications; Effective level of problem solving; works independently
and in conjunction within the department and with other departments to assist
with daily operations; Knowledge of bank operations desirable.
