Job Summary: Maintains money shipments, vault cash, accepts and sells cash to Teller staff. Primary Duties /Responsibilities: Verify money received or sent for deposit in the vault. Buy and sell money to tellers; Approve change order for tellers; Process daily teller transactions, including cash, checks, deposits, savings withdrawals, transfer, and loan payments. Process commercial checking and savings deposits and withdrawals; Buy and sell foreign currency. Balance the vault on a daily basis and maintain cash limits; Assist in the bank-by-mail function, night drop bags; Coordinate ordering of money needed for the day-to-day transactions at each branch; Order and ship money to the Fed; Prepare money for off-site ATM use. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Three years of Banking experience, preferably in Teller Services or experience working with high volume of cash; Excellent communication, customer service, and problem resolution skills; Ability to work independently with sound decision-making ability; Reliable attendance. Ability to perform responsibilities safely and effectively; may frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; Good interpersonal communication skills, as well as good mathematical, organizational, and proficient computer skills; ability to operate standard office equipment. Job Summary As part of the Casper Housing Authority CARES Team, The FSS Case Manager’s primary objective is to assist CHA tenants in attaining and staying housed. Case Managers work with tenants to set goals and create plans to achieve goals; Utilizing a network of community services and partners, the Case Manager provides opportunity for growth in life goals to CHA tenants. These opportunities may include basic needs like food, health care, clothing and obtaining legal documents; Beyond basic needs Case Managers work with tenants to help them overcome barriers to education, employment, and housing. Case Managers perform program administrative functions - conduct meetings, keep records and reports. Establish effective relationships with tenants and provide case management services; Guide tenants in setting and achieving program and family goals. Identify obstacles, service needs, training needs, priorities, and appropriate community resources; Assist tenants in accessing appropriate employment and community resources. Maintain formal or informal partnerships with various agencies and employers; Develop detailed service plans, agreements, progress reports, and case summaries. Track program activity quantitatively and qualitatively; Respond to participating families’ changes in circumstances to adapt case management as needed; Conduct work in a variety of settings to provide services, outreach, marketing, and community engagement. Represent the organization in a professional capacity. Create partnerships for the FSS Program; Prepare educational and informational materials related to various program components; Contribute to the FSS Team to advance the program initiatives and special projects; Perform other duties as assigned; Assignments may include time after regular scheduled work hours; Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities; Knowledge and understanding of the principles and practices of case management provision; Work collaboratively with people of diverse backgrounds; A sensitivity to the needs of clients who are homeless, low-income, limited English speaking or impacted by domestic violence, substance abuse, and other issues; Creativity in problem solving, decision making, and negotiating solutions; Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
